U.S.: as of July 20, the U.S. Embassy in Madrid will resume some consular operations and visa appointments for cases deemed exceptions to the Presidential Proclamations by COVID-19.

Once a university or English language school has accepted you for admission to full-time study, the institution will send you a document called an I-20 form, which is the application for an F-1 visa.

What is the 2020 US visa number?
It is usually located in the lower right corner of the document. Normally, the U.S. visa number has 8 digits, although sometimes it may include a letter followed by 7 digits. The digits that make up this number are unique to each document and are randomly generated.

You have to expect a checkpoint very similar to the one at airports. For security reasons, all visitors inside a U.S. diplomatic building must pass through a metal detector.
Also, it is prohibited to attempt to bring in weapons of any kind or devices that can be used as weapons, such as knives or other sharp objects. Backpacks, suitcases, boxes of any kind and briefcases are also prohibited.
