ASP.NET Core is a high-performance, open source, cross-platform framework that aims to compile modern Internet-connected, cloud-enabled applications. With ASP.NET Core you can do the following:
ASP.NET Core integrates seamlessly with popular client-side libraries and framework platforms, which include Blazor, Blazor, React and Bootstrap. For more information, see Introduction to ASP.NET Core Blazor and related topics in Introduction to ASP.NET Core Blazor (Client-Side Development).
ASP.NET Core 3.x and later versions can only target .NET Core. In general, ASP.NET Core consists of .NET Standard libraries. Libraries written with .NET Standard 2.0 run on any .NET platform that implements .NET Standard 2.0.
†There is also an interactive Web API tutorial. There is no need to install any development tools locally. The code runs in an Azure Cloud Shell in the browser, and curl is used for testing.

I’m doing high density hosting of ASP.NET MVC 5 / WCF applications on Azure App Service and the idle applications are using 600 ~ 1000MB of memory each, which is quite a lot, given that a memory dump reveals that the GC heap is only about ~ 40MB full. I suspect this is due to the GC server, so I tried disabling it by following https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/configure-apps/file-schema/runtime/gcserver-element
@Neil, as I explained, applications are using up to 1GB of memory, doing nothing and, as I analyzed, the GC heap only has about 40MB of utilization. The GC server is known to have a larger memory footprint than the workstation GC, so having more efficient memory utilization is more important than the benefits of the gc server for me in this case.
This way, I may be able to identify a specific part of the code that causes a memory leak due to bad collection of unused elements or parts that use certain 3rd party libraries.

The International Monetary Fund was also in favor, which also proposes that countries apply a “one-time” tax on wealth and higher incomes to support economic recovery.
“I am very optimistic, I think we can reach an agreement,” Grace Perez-Navarro, deputy director of the Center for Tax Policy and Administration at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), tells BBC Mundo.
The proposal to establish a global minimum tax on multinational companies seeks that countries reach an agreement and commit to define a tax floor, that is, to set a limit to avoid tax charges that are too low.
Chris Edwards, director of Tax Policy Studies at the Cato Institute in the United States, argues that in the same way that competition between companies promotes efficiency, tax competition generates favorable benefits for efficiency between countries.
Or at least from the point of view of political messaging, the issue is being put on the agenda from that angle, argues Michael Moore, professor of Economics and International Affairs at George Washington University.
